Feel free to return the product if you're not happy with it.
We have a 1-week return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Local Delivery Only,
To start a return, you can click the Request a return link. Please note that item must be returned in-person directly to the store at the following address: 5060 Prairie Sage Ln, Naperville, IL-60564
For Shipping Only,
To start a return, you can click the Request a return link. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges
If you need to return products you bought online, you'll typically be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send it back to us, unless we agree to cover the return shipping because the product is defective or for other reasons we determine.
You are always welcome to return the product if defective or not as described.
For Example,
If you already paid for shipping when you bought the item, you won't need to pay for return shipping. However, we won't refund the initial shipping charges, only the price of the product itself will be refunded.
If you received free shipping as part of a store promotion, you will need to cover the return shipping charges. However, you'll still receive a full refund for the entire purchase amount.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange the product for any reason, we won't charge you for return shipping, and you'll get a full refund for the first product. You can exchange it for any reason within 7 days of delivery.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- If a product remains in stock for an extended period and isn't selling as expected, we may offer it at a discounted clearance price to move the inventory. This allows us to offer additional savings while clearing space for new products.
- We regularly review our products to ensure their pricing reflects the quality of materials, fabric, and stitching. If we feel a product's price does not align with its value, we may offer additional discounts to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain fair pricing.
All products listed as "in-stock" are available in our USA store and can be shipped right away. They'll arrive within 2 to 4 days.
Ship from India store collections are not stocked in our store in USA. These collections are from our store in India.
All products ordered under this link are shipped directly to our customer from our India store.
When you make the order from these collections, we include your order with our regular in-stock order with our supplier.
We will notify you to pick it up or ship to you once we receive your oder.
Terms & Conditions
- It will take 1 to 2 weeks to deliver or pickup your order.
- We will notify all pre-ordered customers once we received the shipment.
- We will refund you as soon as the our India store confirms the non-availability of the product.
- The customer can come and take a trial in our shop in case of pickup.
Once order is processed will receive a tracking number via email please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email.
Please send an email as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate changes. Please note we can not ensure that the item you would like is available.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. We will provide a shipping label for a return or refund of your money. Please note we are not responsible for items damaged due to wear or wash.

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon on the website and click the Request a Return link at
the bottom of the page
1. Log in to your account:

"Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the
six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive
an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the
